GERMANY

ARAX’s assets in East Germany are primarily seven retail properties with a combined space in excess of 80,000 sqm of net lettable area and a rent roll in excess of €8.5 million. Key tenants include Baumarkt, Burger King, Kaufland, KiK, Markthauf, Netto, Real, Rewe, Rossman, Praktiker and Roller. 80% of the value of Arax’s German properties is concentrated in central Potsdam, an affluent city in the Berlin conurbation, and in Ruegen, a prime resort in the Baltic.

POLAND

ARAX’s assets in Poland consist of logistics, retail and office properties with a combined space of 80,000 sqm of net lettable area and a rent roll of in excess of €6.0 million. Key tenants include Real (logistics); Castorama, Go Sport, Gemo / Vêtir (retail) and ING (office). 80% of the value of ARAX’s Polish properties is concentrated in Strykow (strategic logistics destination) and Katowice.
