After the consummation of an investment, ARAX actively manages the acquired property. The company focuses on top line growth, cost control, refinancing and tax planning whilst creating maximum visibility through detailed budgeting and transparent reporting.

A decision to exit an investment is influenced by an ongoing assessment of real estate and capital markets as well as the operating performance of the property. ARAX has successfully sold or syndicated equity stakes, refinanced properties and merged portfolios. The key performance metric is net after-tax returns on invested equity.
